> Reminder of abstract submission dates: February the 15th
To submit an abstract, you must create an account on this page. Abstract submission exclusively online: To ensure consistency, all abstracts are to be submitted via the online abstract submission portal before February the 15th 2024. They should be submitted in English language and not exceed 350 words (excluding authors and affiliations). A number of abstracts will be selected for oral communications, the remaining ones for presentations in the poster sessions.
Important:
Please remember that at least one of the authors of each presentation should register for the conference before the standard closing date (i.e., February the 15th 2024). Abstracts with no registered author will not be considered.
Oral Presentations:
The main form of scientific communication in this conference will be oral presentation 20 minutes long. The actual talk should not exceed 15 minutes to allow time for questions and discussion.
Poster Presentations or Student Short Presentations
Because of the limited number of participants, we encourage attendees and their students to present oral communications. However, depending on the number of abstracts received, a Poster session might replace oral communications
Themes
All submitted contributions will be peer-reviewed by the scientific commity. Authors may select the session to which they want to allocate their presentation, but some rearrangements may be necessary depending on the scientific quality and number of presentations submitted in each topic and on time availability. Those abstracts not selected for oral presentation will be changed to poster presentations.
